Nicest set I've ever been given.
I was gifted this set Christmas of 2021 and have used it daily for the last 10 months. It's remarkable how beautifully it cooks using just medium heat for browning and a bit lower for sautéing/caramelizing. I use wooden, nylon, and silicone utensils and clean the pots and pans with a non scratch sponge/scrubber in the sink. It said that they could be washed in the dishwasher, but there is no way that I want to risk it. The finish is holding up perfectly inside and the outside is able to be polished up with a bit of elbow grease and baking soda on the bottom. This cookware is going to be around for a very long time in our home. I'm so grateful to have it.

The Best Non-stick Cookware. And at a Great Price.
Finally. Really good, long lasting and affordable non-stick cookware. This CFX line is a great surprise. It doesn't stick and it cooks like regular cookware - browning, caramelizing, taking higher heat and holding steady at lower heat. Plus it is ceramic, considered 'all natural', and created to last - years not months. The 3-ply construction makes the CFX comparable to higher quality pots and pans. This is the line to embrace for healthy low fat cooking and for easy convenient clean-up. Whichever is your priority, you will love this set. I loved testing it. This is a good basic set. You have all you need for most cooking needs. Great for storage challenged kitchens.

I bought these at a Black Friday sale and I was going to get another brand’s cheaper set, but since I have Zwilling knives, I went ahead and got this set to match them. I absolutely love them. They’re so nonstick, and even crisped vegetables and meat up (which is didn’t expect) on medium heat. My roommates and I love them. They’re so much better than stainless steel All Clad, which we had before. They have the beautiful look of the All Clad, but the benefit of a nonstick surface. Super easy clean up, use, and all around a great set. I would recommend them to anyone who is new or experienced with cooking.

Loved them at first but…….not any longer
At first I loved these pans. They were beautiful and nothing would stick, everything cooked wonderfully. They’ve never been in the dishwasher or ever had anything but non- stick safe utensils used on them. I purchased a rack so they never were stacked. After almost two years they started sticking with no discernible scuffs or scratches. Now at about 2-1/2 years old the non-stick edges have started flaking and a few pieces are stained. I don’t cook every day so they haven’t had heavy usage. I did so much research before deciding to purchase this set. I am really disappointed to already need to replace them and having wasted so much money.

Awesome Set of Healthy Cookware
Clad CFX is one of the best non-stick cookware on the market. Ceramic non-stick coating is the greenest and healthiest option, but not all are created equal. CFX is the next generation influenced by the best German engineering and technology, providing amazing non-stick properties that can tolerate high heat and the dishwasher. It's also extremely durable and more tolerant of light use of metal utensils. But it's not just about the coating; this pan has a three ply construction with an aluminum core which is one of the best heat conductors. Food will not only heat up quickly but evenly as well...no hot spots. The handle has a V-shaped design to help disperse heat, keeping it cool for long cooking times. An awesome new feature not seen much are the pouring spots and straining lids. Plus it's induction compatible!

my kitchen is set now!
Complete your kitchen pots and pans needs with one great priced purchase. I love these pots and pans.They have every feature I would ever look for. Not only do they have metal utensil safe nonstick ceramic coating but they also have stay cool handles, are oven safe, have a see through glass lids that have built in strainer holes and pour rims and are made from thick three ply stainless steel. I've had nonstick pans in the past that always seem to lose their nonstick quality and warp in the middle when heated but these pans are so thick and sturdy they heat up evenly and the nonstick is amazing. I can practically clean them out with just a wipe of a paper towel when I'm done. I'm really pleased with this set.

Good quality, and easy cleanup
These pots and pans are great to get as a non stick set. Cleanup is super easy and the food falls right off with a little hot water, even though it isn’t dishwasher safe or atleast not suggested for dishwashers it is still easier to clean than most pots and pans. The only issue I can find is that you can’t use metal tools on it but that comes with the territory with non-stick pans. I would suggest getting a nice heavy duty stainless steel pan (zwilling is also good for those) to sear steaks and other meats. Overall highly suggested and way better than my old ones.

I researched so many types of pots and pans. I am so happy I was able to get these on a great sale at Macy’s! Ok, they require a little more than the cheapy brands, but they will last so much longer, and the food just slides out. You’ll wash with a soft sponge, cook on a lower temperature, put a liner between them if you’re going to stack them, and dry them so you don’t get spots. If you can manage that, I’d say GET THEM! My boyfriend was laughing at me this morning when I told him I dreamt about using my new set, but c’mon, it’s like diamonds for your kitchen!

How are the handles? My wife tried the All Clad that had this style and didn’t like the fit of the handle.
Our indentation in the handles gives you plenty of room and comfort that allow for easy maneuvering.
