ZWILLING special formula steel is a sure-fire winner thanks to the optimal balance achieved between the content of chromium and carbon (the secret behind steel that’s particularly high in quality). FRIODUR denotes knives which have been through a special ice-hardening process, making them a cut above in terms of quality. They possess outstanding properties when it comes to edge retention, corrosion resistance and flexibility.

By grinding the blade to form a V-edge, ZWILLING sets the standard for chef’s knives. With an optimized angle of around 30° (15° each side), the stable edge delivers an optimal cutting performance capable of meeting the high demands. The acute angle makes for an excellent initial performance and great chopping fun.

The three-rivet full-tang design certainly wows with its optimal balance. The ZWILLING logo has been lasered onto the middle rivet, creating a sophisticated look.
