What knife???Maybe, time will tell, but I ordered and paid for 4.5” paring knife on 7/23/22 and was notified it had been packed on 7/25/22. according UPS the label was printed but the item was never shipped. However I have received numerous requests to “rate” the product that was never shipped. Technology and algorithms just make it more exasperating to correct the results of incompetence. Never again..if I want a thing from Zwilling I will have it my hand before I pay for it. And I intend to shop alphabetically in the future.

Cool knife!Not a knife you see everyday, this is a great smaller utility knife, but perfect for peeling tough skins, like citrus, tomatoes. With the Gourmet, it is made of a durable stainless steel and it’s been ice-hardened, making it much sharper than standard stamped knives. This is a premium stamped knife, looks a lot like the Zwilling Pro, but at a nicer price point. Cool knife!

Ok but check out the 5" serrated prepI like the usability of this knife - it cuts true and smoothly. It's usefulness however isn't there for me. I much prefer the longer knife. However! If this is a shape and size you like, or are accustomed to, then from a quality perspective, you are in the right place. Excellent value in this knife.
The Gourmet line is a very good line of stamped knives. They are manufactured under tight controls and precise standards at Zwilling’s factory in Solingen, Germany. They have a full tang, running from the tip to the heel of the handle making these knives sturdy and stable. The comfortable handle is solid without being heavy.
Because the composition of the steel, these knives will stay sharp and responsive with every cut. Dishwasher safe, but hand wash to keep them looking new.

This serrated paring knife is just slightly smaller than a utility knife. It's perfect for all your smaller tasks like tomatoes, citrus, sandwich cutting, sausage or anything that has a slightly tougher exterior with a softer middle. It is stamped from a single sheet of specially formulated steel so it is corrosion, chip and crack resistant. The full tang of steel running through the handle provides a strong sturdy feel while cutting.

hybridNice change up! It's both a paring knife as well as serrated knife. I like to use this knife for slicing crusty rolls, bagels and baguettes. It is also perfect for slicing pineapple, honeydew and cantaloupe. I also use this for segmenting oranges and grapefruits. Never dull- is a bonus! Sharp and durable. handle is study and comfortable to hold.

Genius a prep / paring knife, perfect for little quick chops. It also works beautifully for tomatoes. Made from German Special Formula Steel and forged it is one flexible, durable knife. The shape of the blade is almost like a filet knife so it can do citrus sectioning really well.

Sharpest in the Drawer!I have always used J.A Henckles in my kitchen. I am very very impressed with this Zwilling. It is razor sharp and helped me last night to finely chop prawns for a Prawn Tower! It is my new favorite knife! Thank you!
