The basil green-coloured mini cocotte from STAUB adds a refreshing splash of colour to every kitchen. It is especially ideal for slowly cooking meat, vegetables and savoury stews made from different ingredients. Food is slowly and gently cooked in it, it retains its valuable nutrients, and is therefore very healthy and easy to digest. The round cocotte from the La Cocotte series has a diameter of 10 cm, a height of 7 cm including its lid and can hold up to 0.25 litres. As a result, it is suitable for both singles and couples, but can also be used to cook side dishes. STAUB’s cocottes are made of cast iron, so they can be used on every type of cooker, even on induction hobs. These types of casserole dishes are also perfect for oven use. STAUB coats their cocottes on the inside with a black matt enamel. This coating ensures even better braising and the complete development of all flavours. Even if you only have basic cooking skills, you’ll be able to effortlessly create particularly delicious dishes in a cocotte. With it, you can really spoil your partner with a romantic candle-lit dinner.
