CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 2025
Orders placed by 10am on Friday 19th December will leave us via FedEx on their next-day* delivery service to arrive with you in time for Christmas.
Despatches will continue as normal on Monday 22nd December and Tuesday 23rd December for orders placed after 10am on Friday 19th December and over the weekend, and will also leave us via FedEx on their next-day delivery service, and while these orders may arrive by Christmas, we do not guarantee this. These orders will be despatched in the date order in which they were placed.
Please note, once your order has left us and is with FedEx, the best way to find out delivery information is to track your order on the FedEx website here. Our customer service team will assist wherever possible if extra delivery information is required from FedEx.
*FedEx next-day refers to the next working day, not weekends.
After Christmas, despatches will recommence in date order on Monday 29th December only for orders placed between 5pm Tuesday 23rd December and Sunday 28th December. No despatches will take place between 30th December and 1st January 2026 inclusive. Despatches resume on Friday 2nd January in date order, and then will continue as normal from Monday 5th January.
STANDARD DELIVERY INFORMATION
Typical delivery time to UK mainland addresses is 2-3 working days via FedEx, however during busier periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and sale periods this may be extended. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to offshore UK addresses (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Scilly Isles), and more during busy periods.
FedEx will send a text message and/or email alert to advise you of your delivery date and time once your order has shipped. Orders for UK mainland addresses are sent via the FedEx 24-hour service and will require a signature upon delivery.
During busy periods, updated estimates of extended delivery times will be shown on the product detail page, and in the basket and checkout. These estimates rely on external factors such as courier capacity and are as accurate as possible at the time of publication.
Standard delivery to addresses within the UK is charged at £4.95 for orders up to £50, and free for orders of £50 or over. Please note that the correct entry of the delivery address is the customer's responsibility.
Items ordered before 10am on weekdays will usually be despatched the same day to arrive next working day at mainland UK addresses. ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS cannot however guarantee next day delivery. Items ordered after 10am on weekdays or at weekends will usually be despatched the next working day. Bank holidays and weekends are not classed as working days.
ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS use FedEx as our main delivery service. Notification of delivery will be sent by FedEx via text and / or email. Please note that a signature is required at the delivery address. Delivery dates can be rearranged with FedEx by responding to the text or clicking the link in the email from FedEx. If no-one is available to sign for the goods FedEx will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.
Missing Deliveries: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the seller (ZWILLING J.A Henckels UK Ltd) is responsible for the goods until they are received by the customer unless the customer informs the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.
ZWILLING J.A Henckels UK Ltd is not responsible for any lost or missing delivery once the customer arranges with FedEx to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please ensure that if you do instruct FedEx to leave a parcel in a safe place that the place is secure and not openly visible to others. ZWILLING J.A Henckels UK Ltd will not refund or replace any goods that are lost if the customer has arranged with the courier for the delivery to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
DELIVERIES OF KNIVES
As kitchen and dining knives are age-restricted goods, FedEx may request valid photo ID to prove the recipient's age upon delivery. The recipient must be over 18 years of age. If photo ID cannot be produced upon request FedEx will refuse to deliver. The customer may be required to bear the cost of re-delivery if an age-restricted delivery cannot be completed due to the non-provision of a valid photo ID.

In 2023, our courier FedEx delivered 23.71% of total parcels sent by ZWILLING UK on all-electric vehicles, saving 1,719kg of CO₂ compared to non-electric vehicles.
