Description
The oval cocotte’s simple design in graphite grey effectively emphasises the casserole dish’s high level of quality. The primary focus here is placed on functionality, which is why the 27cm large Cocotte is deliberately kept simple.
It features a perfectly fitting lid and two cast-iron handles, which should always be held onto using pot holders. This cocotte is perfect for all kinds of stews which should be cooked slowly and gently. The matt black enamel on the inside of the cocotte is especially helpful as it ensures the direct transfer of heat and first-class braising. It also lets the pot’s cooking properties improve after every usage.
You can use the casserole dish on all types of hobs including induction hobs. The enamel coating consists mostly of glass, so the heat is evenly distributed throughout the cocotte with a capacity of 3.2 litres, even if you use the pot on smaller hobs. In addition, the enamelled cast iron stands out because it is easy to clean and resilient.
