With its flat lid, the cocotte by STAUB can be closed tightly. Inside, the special drop structure ensures effective liquid distribution in the lid.
Protective enamelling
The inside of the cocotte is covered with a matt black enamel with a rough structure. This is scratch-resistant and acid-resistant and thus ensures that the cookware lasts for a long time.
From solid to liquid
