Use the STAUB casserole dish to cook stews. The La Cocotte series has much more to offer though, as the cocotte can be used with a steamer insert for a variety of purposes. Protective enamel coating
The inside of the cocotte is coated with a matt black enamel with a rough structure. It is scratch-resistant and acid-resistant and therefore ensures a long service life for the cookware.
From solid to liquid
