La Cocotte from STAUB

Cast iron cookware has been used for many centuries, among other reasons, for its excellent energy efficiency. The material is known for its even heat conduction and retention, which means that fried dishes develop many roasting aromas. Chilled food also benefits from the temperature retention properties, as it stays cool for several hours and can be served without any problem at garden parties.

With its curved lid, the STAUB saute pan closes tightly. This keeps the condensation inside the pan so that meat dishes are tender and juicy.

Protective enamel coating

The inside of the saute pan is coated with a matt black enamel with a rough structure. It is scratch-resistant and acid-resistant and therefore ensures a long service life for the cookware.

Traditional craftsmanship

Cast iron STAUB products come from the French factory, where each is cast into its own sand mould to become unique. Lastly, it is tested according to a strict catalogue of quality criteria.
