Description

The STAUB multifunction roaster with its special Chistera drop structure on the inside cover ensures a delicate roasting result. The design is reminiscent of a Chistera Basque pelota game. This produces even, continuous humidification of food with the resulting condensed water produced during cooking. Connoisseurs of STAUB products will already be aware of this moisture system from the flat lids of Cocotte casseroles. Thanks to the Chistera drop structure, food is kept moist with the domed lid of this multifunction roaster. The round roaster from the roaster range has a diameter of 24 cm. With handles it measures 31.7 cm in diameter and the domed lid is 11.6 cm tall. Its capacity is 2.4 litres. You can prepare a variety of foods gently and healthy in the cast iron multifunction roaster. Crisp vegetables, tender meat and many other stews can also be served stylishly on the table in this graphite grey roaster. With the STAUB multifunction roaster you will benefit from an innovative feature which allows you to prepare fine gastronomic meals and a serve them in style.
