High-quality stainless steel
For ZWILLING Pure, we use high-quality stainless steel that is scratch-resistant, hygienic and tasteless. It is also corrosion-resistant and therefore dishwasher-safe. -
Aluminium core
Encased in stainless steel, the cookware has a core of high-quality aluminium. The advantage: the aluminium conducts the heat quickly and evenly right to the edge. -
Suitable for induction hobs
The outside of the 18/0 stainless steel cookware is magnetic. This means that all ZWILLING Pure pots and pans can also be used on induction hobs. -
