The high-quality, 4-ply non-stick coating has an appealing granite look. This makes the ZWILLING Marquina Plus 20 cm frying pan ideal for gently preparing smaller portions. It prevents fried eggs, pancakes, rice, vegetables, fish dishes and more from sticking. But the high abrasion resistance of the coating is not the only special feature, the "heart" of the pan – the forged aluminium core in the base – also plays a special role. It rapidly conducts and distributes heat across the base and up to the rim, and also retains it to save energy. The "little black number" is always ready for use on the hob and, thanks to its optimised base, it can also be used on induction hobs. With its ergonomically designed handle and safe, ZWILLING stay-cool function, the pan always sits perfectly in the hand. Renowned designer duo Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez are responsible for ensuring that the frying pan also looks good.
