Vacuum sealing is child’s play: Place the handy vacuum pump onto the valve of the vacuum containers and bags and the pump extracts the air in seconds from the containers at the push of a button. The highlight: It stops automatically once a sufficient vacuum has been generated. Aromas and nutrients are safely preserved. In addition to the vacuum pump, the set includes two vacuum bags in sizes S and M and two plastic vacuum containers.
The vacuum containers are freezer proof and suitable for the dishwasher and microwave. The vacuum bags are freezer proof and heat resistant up to 100°C, making them ideal for sous vide cooking. For a better overview, scan the QR code on the container lids and the bags and track your food in the ZWILLING Culinary World App. The reminder function of the free app will let you know when a meal or food needs to be consumed.
