Description
Over time, even high-quality kitchen knives gradually become dull. The sharpening steel from ZWILLING restores the sharpness. The tool can be held securely by the plastic handle. With its rounded lines and extended transition to the steel blade, the knife sharpener sits comfortably and securely in the hand. The black handle has a hanging hole at the end. The handy sharpening rod with ribbed structure measures 26 cm in length. With a hardness of approx. 62 Rockwell, the sharpening steel is relatively resistant to damage and ensures precisely sharpened knives for the long term. The easy handling makes the chrome-plated sharpening steel a reliable and indispensable accessory for sharpening. You only need to drag the knife over the steel a few times just before cutting meat or other dishes.
