The fondue set from STAUB combines a classic form of preparation with the advantages of robust cast iron. Traditional vegetable or meat fondue in oil or broth, Swiss cheese fondue with dry white wine, dessert fondue with melted chocolate or fine fish fondue - there are no limits to your imagination. Thanks to the excellent heat storage of cast iron, the cooking liquid heats up quickly, evenly and also stays warm for a long time. If the pot is heated on the cooker instead of the rechaud, it can be transported easily with potholders on the ergonomic handles and presented on a suitable surface on the dining table. The removable fork holder also protects against oil splashes on the table or clothing. Thanks to the smooth, enamelled inner surface, the food does not stick and all residues can be easily removed. Finally, the rechaud can be placed upside down in the pot and the set can thus be stored in a space-saving way.
