Perfect enjoyment of tea involves heating water and allowing the tea to infuse in a single vessel and then keeping it hot for longer. The exceptional properties of cast iron deliver both of the above with the STAUB teapot: it absorbs heat very quickly and releases it steadily and evenly into the liquid inside. This effect is further enhanced by its matte black enamelled coating.

The round tea pot comes in an attractive grenadine colour. This deep red colour is very pleasing so that the teapot can also be used as a kettle and placed on the table. Your guests will enjoy a hot cup of tea, thanks to the hook on the lid from which it is possible to hang a tea strainer.

The stainless steel handles help to safely pour the tea, as they seal the lid. The teapot is perfect for use on all types of hobs, even on induction. It also saves energy as you don't have to pour water from a kettle into a teapot, simply hanging the tea strainer from the lid. And the cast iron's long heat retention further enhances energy-saving.

The teapot measures 16.5 cm and holds 1.15 litres, so that you can easily use it to pour several cups of tea at the table. This STAUB combined kettle and teapot sets you up perfectly for relaxed afternoon tea with friends.
