Cooking like the French: with effortless elegance and attention to detail. This French oven, also called La Marmite, helps you achieve best results every time. It is made from cast iron, which distributes heat evenly and adds delicious roasting aromas to the ingredients with its black matt enamel interior that creates thousands of miniature grill points. The lid with its Chistera drop structure collects all evaporating moisture and drops it back on the ingredients, resulting in succulent meat, tender vegetables and a rich sauce.

In contrast to the classic Cocotte, the French oven has rounded edges, making it perfect for all recipes that require frequent stirring, like a creamy risotto. It can be used on all kinds of hob and in the oven – ideal for recipes that require searing first and then some time in the oven.
