With the round grill pan from STAUB you prepare juicy meat and grilled vegetables with ease. The characteristic grill pattern is maintained thanks to the grooves on the bottom of the pan. Excess fat, which escapes from the food, runs off through these grooves. The meat becomes tender and juicy. The pan has a matt black enamel inside. This optimizes the typical grill aroma at high temperatures. The cast-iron pan stores the heat optimally and releases it only slowly. So you can sear your food and cook it gently afterwards. The grill pan is suitable for gas and electric stoves, induction and ceramic hobs and even for ovens. You can safely transport the handy pan on the two side handles. Thanks to the discreet grey design, the pan fits on any laid table. The round grill pan is 22 cm wide and 29 cm long with handles. It has a height of 3.5 cm.
