The solid 5-layer material up to the edge ensures good heat distribution and temperature control. Ideal for gas, because the walls of the pan absorb the residual heat from the gas flame, but just as suitable for all other hobs, including induction, and the oven. Thanks to the special pouring edge, you can pour sauces and liquids without spilling. The stylish lid fits perfectly. As a result, no heat or steam is lost and no energy is wasted. And what’s more, you can use the lid on any Demeyere pan with a 20 cm diameter.

The large stainless steel handle on this saucepan sits comfortably in the hand and stays cool longer than your average pan on a gas hob. The handles are firmly welded to the pan wall: a hygienic solution because grease, dirt and bacteria cannot settle. Your Industry 5 stock pot also retains its original colour and shine for life, thanks to the special Silvinox® technology. This also makes cleaning super easy.
