This casserole has a tightly closing lid and is made of stainless steel. This model is suitable for use on all types of cooker and thanks to the InductoSeal base, it is particularly efficient for steaming at low temperatures. This is due to its special 7-layer base, which is particularly conductive. The Tripllnduc® technology makes cooking on an induction hob even more efficient. You can sear meat first in the casserole and then braise it in the oven. This casserole from the Atlantis range impresses with its perfect heat distribution over the entire base of the pan. You can create delicious meals more quickly and in a more energy-efficient way. Another plus point is the classy, simple design. The Silvinox® surface guarantees the silvery-white look will last, and you can clean the casserole easily.
