Use this high-quality lidded pan from the Atlantis range to prepare all kinds of dishes in a short time. This preserves the full flavour of your dishes. It is also suitable for carbohydrates, such as potatoes, rice or pasta. You can also use the lidded pan for soup or other recipes. The pot holds 5 litres of liquid and has a diameter of 20 cm. It is 18 cm high. This lidded pan is suitable for induction cookers thanks to its capsule base with aluminium core and TriplInduc® outer layer. The heat is conducted very quickly to the pan and is retained for a very long time. It is, of course, also suitable for all other types of cookers. Other special extras of this professional pan are its Silvinox® surface for easy cleaning and its cast stainless steel handles. The included lid closes the pot safely and keeps the food hot for a long time. The lidded pot is perfect if you like to work with high-quality, versatile cookware. This allows you to prepare your food very quickly, which makes cooking a sensual experience. The pleasing, subtle appearance of the DEMEYERE lidded pan adds to this.
