This saucepan from the DEMEYERE Atlantis series is perfect for gentle and slow cooking, designed around the energy-saving properties of the innovative materials. The shallow saucepan is only 10 cm deep with a diameter of 20 cm and holds 3 litres of liquid, making it perfect for creating sauces, stews or soups. It can be used on all types of cooker, including induction hobs. The saucepan has insulated stainless steel walls and a 7-ply InductoSeal base to guarantee the efficient heating up of your food and ensure that the heat is conducted evenly over the entire surface of the base. This means that the heat is also distributed perfectly when the pan is used on a smaller hob plate, ensuring that your food cooks more quickly, evenly and energy-efficiently. The lid fits tightly onto the pan, keeping all the heat and steam inside to cook your food. The entire outside of the pan has a Silvinox® finish, an electrochemical surface treatment, making the attractive silvery-white colour of the stainless steel more durable.
