Reliably and energy-efficiently cook tasty dishes in this saucepan from the Atlantis series, which holds 1 litre, is only 7 cm deep and has a diameter of 14 cm at its base. Like all saucepans in the Atlantis series, it is made throughout from innovative materials. The saucepan has a matt polished Silvinox® finish, an electrochemical surface treatment that enhances the material, gives it its long-lasting silvery-white colour and also makes it easy to clean. Insulating stainless steel walls, a tightly fitting lid and its heat-conducting 7-ply InductoSeal base make this saucepan energy-efficient even on a low heat. The specially designed pouring rim ensures that liquids can be poured precisely without dripping. The saucepan can be used on all types of cooker. It features a TripleInduc® base for use in induction hobs, a material that has special magnetic properties. The handle cast from 18/10 stainless steel always remains cool thanks to its low thermal conductivity. This DEMEYERE saucepan is a useful item of cookware incorporating innovative materials in which you can energy-efficiently prepare sauces and smaller quantities of food.
