How about fresh Italian cuisine for your next “dinner for two”? Impress with even more delicious dishes thanks to the round Dutch Oven with a diameter of 22cm from the BALLARINI Bellamonte series. The Dutch Oven is made of cast iron, a material that, thanks to its ideal heat distribution, ensures particularly pronounced aromas and an intense taste and is ideal for slow cooking. The Dutch oven follows the tradition of “paiolo di ghisa”, cooking fresh ingredients in a cast-iron cauldron over an open fire. Of course you don't need an open fire, the Dutch oven is suitable for all types of hobs including induction.

Another advantage for the aroma is the drop structure on the inside of the lid. It ensures that the liquid is evenly distributed over the food during cooking, giving your food its ideal consistency. The Dutch Oven has an enamel coating that is particularly robust and scratch-resistant and gives you a long-lasting cooking experience. Thanks to the robust material, the induction Dutch Ovens are also dishwasher-safe and suitable for the oven up to 240°C.

It was designed by the Milanese designer team Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez and impresses with its original Italian design, the intense white colour and the matt gold knob with embossed BALLARINI logo.
