This TWIN® Point vegetable knife is the ideal tool for cutting fruit and vegetables quickly and cleanly. This small, exceptionally compact knife with a 8cm blade, straight cutting edge and curved surface has a classic, well-balanced design. The stable blade has a straight cutting edge, which enables fruit and salad vegetables to be peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into small pieces. The ice-hardened FRIODUR® blade is also sharp enough to cut through vegetables with a hard skin.

The high-quality ZWILLING special formula steel, which is made from a well-balanced combination of chrome and carbon, makes the vegetable knife rust-proof and easy to care for as it can simply be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning after use.

Yet another winning feature is the knife's light-weight construction, which makes it very comfortable to hold. This ZWILLING vegetable knife is a compact, timeless tool, which will make a smart addition to your existing collection of kitchen equipment.
