Description
Knives have been sharpened for centuries using sharpening stones. ZWILLING sharpening stones are made of white aluminium oxide to ensure that we are able to guarantee the precise grain and exacting quality of every stone.
This set of 2 double sided stones has everything you need to keep all your knives in optimum condition. It consists of one stone with a 250 grain for rough, preliminary honing and a 1000 grain for smoothing and honing. The other stone has a 3000 grain for fine honing and an 8000 grain for final polishing.
