The four-piece steak knife set from the ZWILLING Pro series with rivet design consists of high-quality, durable knives. They are ideal for cutting delicious meats such as a juicy beef steak out of the pan, a marinated steak from the barbeque or a Viennese escalope. The knives effortlessly cut a grilled steak and all pan-fried delectable dishes. With two-stage V-Edge honing, the knives offer long-lasting, high cutting performance and optimal sharpness. The material also distinguishes itself through its high corrosion resistance. The impact-resistant knives are extremely resilient and robust.
The sharpened back of the blade, the smooth cutting edge and the robust ABS plastic handle bestow the knives their attractive appearance. Thanks to the specially shaped handle, the knives sit ergonomically in the hand for sure and safe use. SIGMAFORGE knives are forged from a single piece of steel using a special forging process. This process achieves a high cutting edge retention, flexibility and hardness. The classic three-rivet design also creates an appealing look.
