The grooved structure means that everything cooked in the pan has less contact with the base and the frying fat. The grill pan heats up in no time, thanks to its material and structure; the heat is evenly distributed and stored, which also saves energy. It can be used on any hob, including induction hobs. The ergonomically designed handle ensures easy handling and remains pleasantly cool when frying, thanks to the integrated stay-cool feature.
