Its abrasion-resistant, 4-ply non-stick coating that prevents anything from sticking. The 24 cm frying pan consists of a solid, forged aluminium core with excellent properties that distribute heat quickly and evenly to all the ingredients. The base is optimised with magnetic stainless steel so that the ZWILLING frying pan can be used on all types of hob, including induction. Beautiful details include the ergonomically designed handle, which always stays cool, and the specially shaped rim which allows non-drip pouring of sauces, cooking juices and more.
