Thanks to the blade's V-edge, the knife retains its sharpness for a long time. It gives consistently high and stable cutting performance, meaning you can effortlessly cut even the most solid vegetables.
The FRIODUR blade was ice-hardened, whereby it remains flexible with high edge retention. The kitchen knife was made in Germany with the greatest care and precision.
