The handle of every single knife in the knife block is made out of resilient plastic. This ergonomically designed handle that smoothly transitions from the bolster to the blade enables perfect and precise handling every step of the way.
The sharp blades themselves were forged from one piece of steel and then further refined through a special ice-hardening process, thereby making the knives consistently sharp, flexible and resistant to corrosion.
