You also catch the meat juices immediately; they are channeled directly into the tray by the surrounding groove. This always keeps your workplace dry and clean.
If thicker pieces of meat are a little harder to cut, that's no problem either: The chopping board with drip tray has non-slip rubber feet on the underside and always stays firmly in place without moving. Once you've finished cutting, you can simply wash the BBQ chopping board with hot water and detergent and put the drip tray in the dishwasher.
