Professional chefs swear by the cast iron cookware made by the French company STAUB. This STAUB gratin dish is therefore ideal for creating especially succulent, flavoursome dishes. The cast iron gratin dish is also perfect for making oven-baked dishes and gratins, as well as for browning food on a variety of heat sources. The oval dish is also good for making casseroles or delicious roasted food. The matte black enamelled interior intensifies stewing while preserving the natural flavour of a dish.
