This elegant cast iron cherry STAUB gratin dish takes all the effort out of serving food: gratins, roasts and other pan-fried dishes cooked in it can be removed from the oven and taken straight to the table. The oval enamelled cast iron gratin dish retains heat for a long time and distributes it evenly, ensuring that food is cooked gently whilst preserving its flavour and vital nutrients. With a capacity of 0.7 L, the dish is ideal for preparing delicious dishes for one or two people. Suitable for all heat sources, including induction hobs, meat and vegetables can be browned while still in the dish before the gratin is made. The dish can be easily transported using the two handles on either side. An elegant, rustic look is achieved by using cast iron, which also makes the dish more durable and easy to look after. Dishes of different sizes can be stacked one on top of the other.
