A great advantage of cast iron cookware is its heat-retaining properties: The absorbed heat is slowly and evenly redistributed to the food. The ingredients are cooked gently and retain important nutrients. The high-quality, durable material ensures baked dishes and gratins have an even, golden brown topping. The practical design with wide handles has a diameter of 16 cm and is 5 cm tall. With a capacity of 0.4 litres, it is designed for preparing small amounts of food.
