Description

The oval cocotte in basil green combines innovative technology with traditional durability. This cast iron cookware from STAUB’s La cocotte range has an enamel coating for perfect heat storage. Enamelled cast iron also ensures smooth transfer of heat. The cocotte is suitable for gas and electric cookers, as well as induction cookers. With a diameter of 31 cm, the cocotte holds 5.5 litres. The robust base material of cast iron with high-quality enamel also maintains low temperatures of the food so the pot can be stored in the refrigerator.
