Measuring 17cm in size, this black oval cocotte which can hold up to one litre is ideal for small families or individual dishes. Heat can ideally be retained thanks to the coating on the inside and outside of the pot. The heat is also is distributed throughout the pot so everything has the same temperature.
The enamelled cast iron, which is the reason why the heat is stored well, is composed of iron and an enamel coating which primarily consists of glass. You can use the cocotte on all types of hobs including induction hobs. The cast iron also ensures that the braising effect improves after every usage.

Protective enamel coating
The inside of the cocotte is coated with a matt black enamel with a rough structure. It is scratch-resistant and acid-resistant and therefore ensures a long service life for the cookware.
