This knob is a replacement part for the handle of STAUB cocotte lids. It has a diameter of 4.5cm and is 2.8cm tall. The handle fits all STAUB lids sized between 18 - 41cm and is easy to change. The knob is made of nickel-plated stainless steel. Its metallic shine matches all the colours of the STAUB cocottes. You can use the large knob to replace an older or defective lid handle and turn it into a stew pot or a roasting pan.
