Description

Whether you’re an amateur or professional cook, you can roast or braise meat of any kind in the 20 cm stew pot, which can hold up to three litres. It’s easy to turn meat and achieve overall good results in this relatively short pot, measuring just 10 cm in height. DEMEYERE uses insulating stainless steel sides and the tight-fitting lid combined with an InductoSeal base to make this lidded stew pot. These materials ensure the optimum distribution of heat, which is required to cook food evenly. The stew pot from the Atlantis series is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction hobs. Thanks to the TriplInduc® material, which has been specially developed by DEMEYERE, this stew pot is up to 30 percent more effective on an induction hob. The cast 18/10 stainless steel handles ensure easy handling because a minimum amount of heat is transferred. You can use this stew pot and its lid to easily make the best braised dishes, such as goulash or marinated beef, and then present them to your guests.
