Absolutely love this pan!
I purchased this pan at a thrift store last year as the $9 price tag was hard to turn down. It looked like it had been used a couple of times as there were a couple of light scratches on the handle and the ceramic was in perfect condition without any blemishes. I use it for omelets and the ocassional scrambled egg. It does stick if I use nothing in the pan, however it needs a little oil, butter or ghee when using it. My omelets come out perfect everytime and cleanup is a breeze.

Great stuff!
I got this set after seeing how much a friend liked it. It was on GMA for half off and free shipping! Great way to get it but it’s only worth it if it lives up to what it claims. I love it! Had it for 4 years and use it every day. I do not understand the people that take issue with it. I think they don’t take proper care of them and/or cook at way too high of temperatures. I do use cushioned separators to store them. I used to just keep the cardboard protectors they came packed in but Aldi had a great deal on them so I got enough for all my cookware. I’m glad I did. Great cookware is an investment and makes cooking enjoyable. Proper care can extend the life exponentially.

Everything sticks!
I received this pan as a gift. It was good(not great) for about 2 weeks. I noticed that it was developing a pitted texture. This pan was hand-washed only and hung up. I used soft utensils to cook with…I babied this skillet! So, maybe I got a bad one?! I sent it back to the company & it took them 6 months to give me a new one (I paid shipping & wasn’t reimbursed). The replacement was even WORSE! The second time of using, I cooked eggs….bad sticking….for the money, I truly expected better. My TFAL pan out-performs this many times over……however, I love the knives.

The best frying pan
This is possibly the best frying pan I have ever used. It heats so evenly and quickly, even on my "not so new" electric stove. The handle feels comfortable in my hand. And the hole in the handle allows me to hang it from my ceiling pot rack. The nonstick surface is definitely the best I've ever used. I knew the Henkle brand from selling the paring knives in our first business. Opened in January 1974, we probably starting selling the knives by 1975.
This frying pan is wonderful and may get passed down to the family member who loves to cook. ( I am 75. This pan should last longer than me. )

Do not buy these pans
I bought three sizes and expected outstanding performance considering the price. They do not meet expectations. Right from the beginning food stuck to the pan and they were very hard to clean, despite following the recommended instructions. Customer service said they would not stand by the product because it looked like I used them a lot. I guess you are just supposed to look at them. Very poor quality, don’t waste your money.

Great pans but NOT nonstick. That's their fault.
These are really well made pans with even heat and good handling. They clean well, and cook with the feeling of an ceramic coated pan (like the cast iron La Crueset pans). These are not teflon or non-stick coated pans!! Once you accept that, you'll love them. If you need to go with PTFE or an equivalent synthentic coating. And just take care. These you can use like a stainless pan (which is not that different) and you cook with a little oil and can use normal metal (or whatever) untensils. I really like the two I have, and they haven't warped one bit, which is a big deal for a frying pan.

Best non-stick I’ve experienced.
I have been using Zwillings non-stick pans for several years and rank them slightly ahead of All-Clad non-sticks (I use both) and rank them significantly ahead of ALL the other flavors of the day that came through BBB.
I currently have 2 eight inch, 1 twelve inch and 1 fourteen inch skillets.

Im tired of reading all these reviews about everything sticking. If you use it properly things will not stick. Period. It IS a non stick pan. it works like this you heat it before you put in oil. Not higher than medium-med high heat. after a minute of just heat add oil. Let it heat a minute with oil in it one its hot enough that water rolls or is close to that cook your food. I do this with eggs. I let them sit in the pan turn them a couple of time and the eggs stick minimally and is a total breeze to clean. Dont wash the pan in the dishwasher, dont use abrasive and dont heat on high or past 400 degrees. Its a lot to do and they must be cared for just like your pets, just like anything else that you want to work for a long time. So everyone just stop complaining and start taking responsibility for things . Dont expect everything to work for you without you doing anything in return. Is called "maintenance" dont TREAT everything like its disposable..

Can a lid be purchased for this pan? 14” 18/10

What kind of coating has zwilling-spirit-stainless-3-ply-14-inch? Because it doesn't say what is it. On 12 inch spirit fry pan it says that it has ceramic coating. But on 14 inch doesn't say anywhere what coating it is. Please explain
Thank you for your inquiry. The Zwilling Spirit Stainless 3-ply 14-inch Fry Pan in the stainless steel version does not have any nonstick or ceramic coating. It features a classic 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface, ideal for searing, browning, and deglazing.
This pan is constructed with 3-ply technology—a layer of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel—for excellent heat distribution and retention.
