Great set, but not perfect.
This is set is exactly what I was looking for - well weighted, quality steel, clear lids, dishwasher/oven safe. However, there are two flaws imo. 1) The lids need vents, otherwise you have to tilt. It's not a big deal but with the price tag of this set, it's a small addition for added convenience. 2) The handles are pretty uncomfortable. I still question who approved this handle design, but anyway I try to hold these is very uncomfortable. The weight of these requires you to grab the handle in a way that digs into your palm and doesn't provide a secure grip when say, flipping something in the pan. Must use towel or glove. Overall, I still love them.

One of the best stainless steel set to have!
For what is worth of this 10pc. Spirit Stainless Steel is more than the value. This is by far I can recommend for anyone who's looking for at least a 3-ply construction pots and pan from rim to rim – 3mm. Construction of this pot is impressive, it's a solid piece of steel in and out. Easy maintenance mainly cleaning, there should be no food residue leaving around the external part of the pot. Thick aluminum core conducts heat quickly and evenly cooks food.
Oven safe up to 500°F and glass lids 400°F.
Dishwasher safe
Compatible with gas, induction, ceran, halogen, and electric cooktops

Excellent choice for stainless cookware
I absolutely love cooking on my stainless cookware. Non stick is good for things like eggs but you can only cook medium to low heats so when you want a nice sear or to boil and simmer for long times you need a good set of stainless steel. These clean up really nicely and I love the stay cool handles...they are a "V" where they attach to the vessel so the heat disperses before it travels up the handle. Nice tempered glass lids allow me to see how things are coming along without letting out the heat.

Really Good All Clad 3-ply Cookware!
This is a great set of stainless steel cookware. It is 3 layers of clad metal - a thick interior layer of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of 18/10 steel. These pans will heat quickly, hold the heat and cook evenly. They can take high heat for stir-frying and searing or low heat for braising and simmering.
Because they cook so evenly - no burn spots, and clean up is easy. They are dishwasher safe, but if you can hand wash. They will look like new for years and years and years to come.

Best set of Cooking pots and pans ever.
I have owned this product for almost 2 years. I have put them through the gambit oven top to baking and they stand above the rest. I bought a set for my daughter and son in law and they love them as well. My daughter just got married so they can expect to get a set as well. I have all your knives as well and they are great. Keep up the good work

Great set but....
This is a great pot and pan set. Good quality, even heat distribution, cooks the food in no time, and very nice lids. However even boiling water the pans stained. As much as I washed with mild soap, warm water, and dried immediately after washing like the instructions advised the pan still had a water ring around the pan. So disappointing other than that this is a good set.

All clad alternative.
Let me start off by saying if you arent buying full clad cookware, you’re wasting your money. These bad boys are true full clad stainless steel pots and pans. They are semi polished but not chrome like All Clad D3 set is so maintaining that original look will be much easier. Also the glass lids are much better than the metal ones as you can see how your food is doing without lifting the lid and losing heat! Plus they arent made in china so you can feel better about the quality of metal! Very good set and worth buying if all clad is outside your budget!

I am a little confused...the product pictures shows the inside is not blue and all stainless steel, but then further down it shows they have a coating...like ceramic. So, are they 100% stainless steel with no nonstick coating like ceramic? or do they have
Hi, thank you for your question! The Zwilling Spirit cookware line is available in two variations. The first is the Zwilling Spirit Stainless Steel, which features a tri-ply construction with a stainless steel exterior, an aluminum core for even heating, and a stainless steel interior. This version is 100% stainless steel and does not have any nonstick or ceramic coating.
The second variation is the Zwilling Spirit Ceramic Nonstick, which has the same tri-ply stainless steel construction but includes a ceramic nonstick coating on the interior. This coating is PTFE- and PFOA-free, providing an alternative to traditional nonstick surfaces.
To differentiate between the two, the stainless steel version has a silver metal interior, while the ceramic nonstick version has a light-colored interior, typically grayish/blueish.
