Makes great pour over coffee for a crowd
I’ve been making single-serving pour overs for several years, but was always frustrated that my method didn’t allow me to easily make several coffees at once for guests. And having to manually pour the water over the grounds was time-consuming. This machine makes a great cup of pour over coffee (love the blooming function!) that easily serves 4-6 people in one batch, and frees me up to focus on cooking breakfast. I love it. I just wish that the marks on the water tank corresponded better to how much coffee you actually get - I’m still learning how much above the line I need to fill the tank to yield the amount of coffee I want.

Nice style
I purchased the coffee maker for its style in my new kitchen. But also for the high ratings in the taste of the coffee it brewed. My only issue so far is that I found out, after I ordered the unit, that there is no way to order a replacement carafe if it breaks. That was very close to a deal-breaker. I’ve only broken one carafe in 24 years, but if I had to toss a $200 unit, I would be furious.

Delicious Coffee
This product not only looks beautiful and high end on my kitchen counter, it also makes an incredibly coffee.
Only issue now is that after my second use the small nozzle on the top of the glass jug has already chipped and does not stay in place. Upsetting for such an expensive product.

NO REPLACEMENT CARAFE AVAILABLE
Makes great coffee and was a lot more more expensive than other coffee makers. I have had it for maybe 15 or so months. The carafe spontaneously broke. I did not drop it.
I would not have purchased this product that no replacement carafe is available I would not have purchased it. Does Zwilling think I'm going to purchase another $149 machine when the carafe breaks. I searched everywhere on the internet, including eBay and see no replacement or even generic compatible replacement.
Now I have to purchase another coffee maker and I can assure you it will not be Zwilling.

Great coffeemaker
I love this coffeemaker but it arrived with a small piece broken off the top of the carafe - its the small disc on top of the carafe top that connects with the release button of the maker, which releases the coffee into the carafe. The plastic piece that arrived broken off is one of two small pieces that holds the disc in place.I’ve been using the maker thinking it would be ok but the other day the disc was in the wrong way, and it didn’t line up with the maker with enough tension and the brewed coffee collected inside the maker, overflowing…there’s a number to call Zwilling and I’m hoping they will send a new carafe cover or carafe. Otherwise, this maker makes fantastic coffee - I have the grinder as well!

Beautiful coffee maker
Beautiful coffee maker. Doesn’t beep, after coffee is ready, but we got used to that. The burner doesn’t keep the coffee warm, so don’t plan on a second cup 1+ hours later.

Never again. It's the worst.
I have never hated a coffee maker more. We had issues with our first one not working and we were sent a replacement. We maybe got 7-8 months out of it before it started having issues. Good luck counting on coffee in the morning. I don't know if it's a sensor problem with these or a wiring issue. It often won't turn on, you can select a coffee setting (sometimes), but will it actually brew ? Flip a coin. We clean it. We bought the descale solution. Doesn't matter. We more often than not have to use the French press. For this price, I am incredibly disappointed in Zwilling. We took it the a physical store and there was nothing they could do. The clerk said hers does the same thing. Do not buy. We have reached out and got a case number ...three weeks have gone by with no response.

AMAZING COFFEE, EASY TO OPERATE
This is the BEST coffee I have ever had from a machine (and most other ways as well!)
I love coffee and am highly dependent on it ;) I have tried ALL different ways of making it - different machines, espresso, Chemex, etc. and this is hands-down the best tasting coffee. I'm not sure how it happens, but it does.
The only thing I would say is that there is a slight learning curve with the button - but once you figure it out, you'll see that it's actually very easy.
This is the second Zwilling product I bought this year (the first was the blender) and I am so happy with it.

Where can i buy the descaling liquid?

According to the manual, when the coffee maker flashes CLN, it needs descaling, and will brew only 10 more cycles for safety reasons. But given that I've already prepared the machine with coffee grounds in the filter holder, how do I proceed with brewing?
Thank you for your question! When your Zwilling coffee maker detects scale buildup, it will continue to allow brewing for a limited number of cycles before requiring descaling. You can go ahead and complete your current brew with the grounds you’ve already prepared. However, we strongly recommend descaling as soon as possible to maintain the machine’s performance and ensure the best coffee flavor. Once you finish this brew, please follow the descaling instructions in your manual to reset the indicator and keep your coffee maker running smoothly.
