Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent The Zwilling Energy plus line of cookware is a triple play! Aluminum center core with stainless steel clad and a long loasting, duarble ceramic nonstick coating. This 2 pc set of pans is a perfect for all family skillet meals, stir frying and sauteing. The sloped sides make it easy to flip and turn meats and vegetables. Great conductivity which is means your foods will cook faster, more evenly and use less energy. Great choice for induction stove tops. High performance set that is easy to use and maintain.

I also purchased the 2 piece fry pan set that includes a 10 inch and 12 inch but no lids. These are the two pans I use the most. I frequently have recipes that call for a lid. I am very frustrated that I can not buy lids to fit my 10 inch and my 12 inch Fry Pans. I do not understand why a product of the high level of quality does not come with lids for the sauté/fry pans to begin with. Please make glass lids available for all of your own sizes. I do not want a "universal" metal lid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great fry pan set This is a great fry pan set. This fry pan set has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last longer and is more scratch resistant. Great sizes for making your favorite one skillet meals or fry searing steaks or cooking your favorite style of eggs without them sticking to the pan. The tri-ply construction of this fry pan is really well made and has a nice weight to it. I like the functionality of the Energy Plus, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Our Zwilling ceramic skillet is so easy to clean. We just wait for it to cool and wash it out with a dish cloth. Food has been cooking evenly. The bottom of the skillet is smoothly flat and does not our glass-top range. Cons: the Zwilling recommends their skillets be used on low and medium heat, so I probably won’t sauté. Instructions also say not to put on lid and lower or turn off heat because it may cause a vacuum and the lid may get stuck. Also, the handles may become hot and Zwilling recommends using an oven mitt to hold handle and remove lid - I may try a silicone handle cover.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lid expands Cooking Options So this can be a fry pan and more when using the glass lid. I like to brown beef for spaghetti in this pan, add the sauce, cover and simmer til ready to serve. Only use one pan, although clean up is already easy because of the ceramic non stick. Easy to pour from this pan because of the rolled rim creating a dripless pour. After reading another review cautioning about cooking temps and lid adhesion, I find those call outs to be good instructions for best success using this pan.

I have a 9.5 energy plus fry pan with cover. I’d like a 12” with cover but never see it. 1) is there such a thing? 2) what’s the difference between energy plus and motion pans? I see a 13” with cover available in “motion.” Prefer ceramic and not too heavy

Hi! Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a 12” Energy Plus fry pan with a cover. However, we do have other sizes available in the Energy Plus collection. The main difference between Energy Plus and Motion pans is their construction. The Energy Plus line features a ceramic nonstick coating that is PTFE- and PFOA-free, designed for efficient heat distribution and easy food release. The Motion line also has a nonstick coating but is made with hard-anodized aluminum, which provides added durability while remaining lightweight.
