A unique but versatile pan
This is a great perfect pan. An upgraded version of the Spirit collection, the Zwilling Clad CFX has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last much longer and is more durable. With this shape of a vessel, this is a very versatile piece, I use this a lot for stir fry, pot roasts, soups, sauces. The tri-ply construction of this perfect pan is really well made, it’s not going to be prone to warping or having cold spots in the pot. It heats up really well and retains the heat well. I like the functionality of the Clad CFX, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

Disappointed
Just received my new perfect pan, and when I went to remove the sticker, the ceramic coating came off. I hope this can be easily resolved as I do enjoy my other Zwilling products.

No mention of PTFE free
They have omitted mention or properly identifying whether this cfx perfect pan is PTFE free. Nothing on box either; only says PFOA free. Company blames marketing error, yet single-pan listing description still
not updated! Awfully incompetent if not negligent, and suspicious. Lid doesn’t fit well either; lots of lateral movement- which damages material. CS team wont properly reply with official documentation on PTFE free or the lid issue. “Unprofessional!”

HAZY film on lid.
I really love the pan itself. It's the LID that I'm having issue with. It's very hazy coming out of the dishwasher. Cannot be hand washed off. The haze remains even after a hand wash. None of my other brand glass lids or drinking glasses have the film. I have owned this pan for 2 weeks.

Great pan for Indian cooking
Deep, spacious and a great pan. With other pans that I own, it’s difficult to clean especially due to oil and spices from the Indian food. This pan is easy to clean- dish soap and warm water does the magic. I am glad I bought this.

Heavy duty pan with non stick coating. I can easily prepare large meals for my family and I love the convenience of sticking it straight in the oven. Distributes heat well. Very easy to clean.

Worst customer service in the industry.
This company has the worst customer service policies of any online company I have interacted with. MAKE SURE you understand their policies before you make a purchase. Ordering and dealing with the online company is a nightmare. I ordered a cast iron skillet pan and received silicone kitchen utensils. The return process requires me to take a picture of the incorrect item to prove I am not lying about what I received. The wait for them to email a return authorization and return shipping label (took three days). I have to box up their incorrect item, print the labels, and drive their utensils to a shipping carrier to return them. THEN wait for zwilling to receive the incorrect item, process it, and then they will look at shipping out the cast iron pan I originally paid for. In the mean time, I can just sit and wait without the item I paid for in full at the time it was ordered. Horrible customer service.
I ordered the ceramic lined saute pan and received a pan that was not flat in the bottom of the pan. When I placed oil or liquids in the pan the oil or liquid would run to the edges of the pan. The center of the bottom of the pan was higher than the edges. The return process was a nightmare. It all starts with requiring you to send pictures of the issue to prove you are not lying. Then the entire return process is on you. And you will wait a long time for zwilling to receive the incorrect or defective item, process the return, and then sometime later send you a refund or replacement. The zwilling customer service policies are the worst in the industry. Their claim of "no hassle returns" is a lie. You will get no help from the customer service personnel on the phone. The hide behind the statement "this is the zwilling policy, there is nothing I can do". Avoid this company on their customer service policies alone.

“Perfect Pan” - Perfectly Named!
This pan is my new favorite kitchen staple. Love the deep shape, allowing one-pot meal prep. Surface design promotes easy release of all foods prepared thus far. Extra handle helps manage the added weight when draining etc. Perfect pan for my new induction stove top. Only negative I see, lid fits a bit loose.
