This gratin is perfect for a quick bake of something fabulous. Its relative shallowness is ideally suited for a gratin of any vegetable; pasta with some sauce and a good layer of cheese on the top, even to bake a couple of fillets of salmon or chicken breasts. The density of the clay keeps the heat consistent and even so food cooks as it should. And best of all, clean up isn't a bother. Once around with a sponge and into the dishwasher it goes.
These ceramic oval baking dishes come in three sizes, 9 inches when you're cooking for 1 or 2 people; 11 inches for 2 people or a side dish for a few more, and 14.5 inches for an entree for 3-4 people. Also comes in a variety of colors. Home cooks and pros have been using ceramic forever, and this beautiful Rustic Red honors that tradition so well.

This is an easy to wash ceramic bowl because it is polished, soak in water and soap to remove residue to keep its beauty for nest use.

A great serving dish
The perfect ceramic dish for serving sides, desserts, casseroles. With the ceramic, it is easy to clean, but it also does a great job of baking your dishes, freezing treats, and with it being ceramic, it’s very versatile with going from oven to table to fridge to dishwasher. A great piece to have, and with the matte white, it’s a nice look in comparison to the standard white look of ceramic pieces.
