chocolate cures all ills!
Kids gave this to me for my Birthday last year, in the hopes I'd try it out on them.. Used it during the holidays, but then put away for special occasions... Well this Pandemic seems to be the occasion we were waiting for! We've had the best bedtimes in a long time, after hours of homeschool nightmare, we put our books away, get dinner going, and start to talk about what we are going to Chocolate fondue tonight! The pot is so simple to use, not an excessive size that we waste the precious Chocolate, and so very easy to clean, that its no big deal to do it every night if we choose. Its just so nice to gather round, smile and giggle during the scary times. Thank you Staub and thank you Guittard!

Fondue Treat!
This is such a wonderful little gift to have. It's very common for chocolate fondue, this fondu can also be for cheese dips, cheese spinach dips, variety of hot sauce or keep a self served warm appetizer. This mini cocotte with this fondue set is perfect bakeware, baking bread, custard cake, cooking grains in it and mouth watering French onion soup. This is so much fun!! the cast iron keeps the chocolate nice and hot. The enamel coating is easy to clean when we are all done. The holder has the perfect spot for a tea light to keep the chocolate just the right temperature. I like that the handles of the forks are color coded so people can keep track of which one is theirs.

The pot is everything you would expect from a Staub cast iron. Heats quickly and evenly and stays hot longer. This is a great pot for dessert fondues as well as savory cheese fondues. I like to use this pot for melting butter for lobster cocktail. the forks are perfect for crab and other seafood. Beautiful pot.

This little mini fondue is so adorable, you'll want to use it all the time. I love pulling it out for a quick happy hour snack. Its small size is perfect for a small batch of cheese without any waste. I also love having it out for a light dessert after Sunday dinner; a little chocolate and some cake chopped up and you have dessert super quick. Staub is enameled on the inside so clean up is a breeze.

Family Favorite
One of our family favorite desserts is chocolate fondue! It will certainly be a childhood memory for my kids and I'm sure they'll all someday be fighting over who gets my fondue set! Apples, bananas, strawberries, mini marshmallows, brownie bites and salted nut rolls are my go-to dippers! This pot keeps the chocolate warm and melty to the the very last drop.

I love chocolate fondue and this little pot is perfect for that special occasion when a little romantic dessert is called for.
The cast iron heats quickly and stays hot for a long time keeping that chocolate nice and melted.
The pot can also be used for single serving desserts such as cobblers, pies and souffles.

The Perfect Treat
I purchased this for my kids for Christmas as a fun extra gift. We have used it quite a bit for all kinds of things. Of course our favorite is chocolate, but it did make an appearance on Super Bowl Sunday for nacho cheese sauce. Staub's interior black matte finish keeps all sauces moist (never drys out) and hot.
