Its cooking qualities reflect “grande qualità”: The skimming spoon is made from food safe, high quality silicone, which is particularly gentle on pots and pans with non stick coating. So your cookware is protected from scratches. Heat resistant up to 230 °C, the material is also handily dishwasher safe. The shape and colour were designed by renowned Milan-based studio Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez.
