Its SIGMA Classic bottom with a robust aluminium core distributes heat perfectly outwards so that all the ingredients are cooked evenly. The stew pot has a diameter of 16 cm and a tightly fitting lid which allows you to cook using hardly any water. It is suitable for any type of cooker, including an induction hob as well as the oven. Its handles remain cool when you use it and the folded rim helps you to pour and prevents dripping. The integrated measuring scale is also very useful as it makes it easier for you to measure liquids.
