Description
The TWIN® Chef Santoku knife is primarily aimed at aficionados of Far-Eastern cuisine. Originating in Japan, this is a real multi-purpose knife which, as is typical for all Japanese knives, is perfect for preparing fish and vegetables. The Santoku knife is also an accessory that is good for cutting meat. With a blade measuring 18 cm in length, it is also perfect for cutting medium-sized ingredients. The blade of the knife is made from a special formula steel to obtain a high level of corrosion resistance and a degree of hardness that is ideal for cooking. This FRIODUR® knife also undergoes a specially-developed ice hardening process, which further enhances the quality of the steel.
