The Chinese chef's knife from the ZWILLING Gourmet series is a practical and versatile helper in the kitchen. Vegetables and different types of meat can be cut easily. To ensure optimum stability, the FRIODUR® ice-hardened blade is also made from a single piece of high-quality steel. With the large blade surface, the finely chopped ingredients can be easily transported into the cookware. So that the flexible and corrosion-resistant blade has the necessary sharpness at all times, a knife sharpener come with this knife it is ideally matched to the steel of the versatile kitchen knife.
